REFUND POLICY
Our products we made with the highest quality for your benefit. We pack it and send it correctly and with love to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, however we understand that accidents may happen in the course of shipping and that is why we have the following return policies:
1. We only replace items if they are defective, spilled, damaged, or if you received an incorrect order. Customer be required to send us photographic evidence of the damage. It will be replaced by the same without shipping cost. There is no money back.
2. Once sent by mail and the customer receives your tracking number, the package is not the responsibility of THE DISTRICT. If you do not receive your package, contact the USPS and verify with your tracking number the whereabouts of your package. There are times that the atmospheric pressure when the products travel is an air gap, that is not defective just when you open it will return to normal and look perfect.
